House Rules
1- NO parties or gatherings of any kind. 2- NO more than 8 guests on the property at any time AND ONLY THE GUESTS APPROVED ON THE RESERVATION CAN BE PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. 3- NO loud music at any time and especially after 10pm. 4- NO smoking or vaping inside the property. 5- NO PETS. 6- Do not park on the grass or in the street. Parking is only allowed on driveway and a maximum of 4 cars. 7- Minimum Age to book: 25 Years Old Disrespect of these rules can result in the loss of your security deposit and/or the cancellation of your reservation. Security deposit will be charged if police is called on premises. Please note : - Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be NO use of fireworks anywhere on the property.

Other things to note. Pool is NOT Heated. CHECK-IN TIME 4:00 PM. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 AM. Enjoy the house! We are always a message or phone call away for any questions or concerns! Treat our home as your own! ★Guests with Children- This home has a pool and DOES NOT have a child fence around the pool. It's recommended that any child that visits the property know how to swim. Children must be supervised at all times. *Please make sure that you are not using any glass products by the pool. There is plastic glass provided in the kitchen for outdoor use. *NO PARTIES of any kind allowed at the property, only guests that are are part of the booking may stay. *Please be respectful of our longtime neighbours. *Minimum age to book the property is 25.
