1- NO parties or gatherings of any kind. 2- NO more than 8 guests on the property at any time AND ONLY THE GUESTS APPROVED ON THE RESERVATION CAN BE PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. 3- NO loud music at any time and especially after 10pm. 4- NO smoking or vaping inside the property. 5- NO PETS. 6- Do not park on the grass or in the street. Parking is only allowed on driveway and a maximum of 3 cars. 7- Minimum Age to book: 25 Years Old Disrespect of these rules can result in the loss of your security deposit and/or the cancellation of your reservation. Security deposit will be charged if police is called on premises. Please note : - Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be NO use of fireworks anywhere on the property. Please do not tamper with the Pool equipment! Tampering with the pool will result in a deduction from your security deposit. Please leave the pool clean at all times. The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, death, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
