1- NO parties or gatherings of any kind. 2- NO more than 8 guests on the property at any time AND ONLY THE GUESTS APPROVED ON THE RESERVATION CAN BE PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. 3- NO loud music at any time and especially after 10pm. 4- NO smoking or vaping inside the property. 5- NO PETS. 6- Do not park on the grass or in the street.
