Space:  Our home is a luxurious and yet comfortable space. The layout is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and making memories. Each king bed bedroom has a television to ensure you're able to get some privacy in your own space when needed. On the main floor is plenty of space for entertaining and in the backyard you'll find a pool for relaxing. The pool can be heated in the cooler months. Bed layout: 1st Floor: 1 Room with King bed Living room : Daybed with trundle bed (Twin) 2nd Floor: 2 Rooms w/ King beds. 1 Room with double bunk bed with modified trundle (it's a big mattress instead of a classic trundle - so more comfy :) Pack and play available. **New addition April 2026 : New dressers in every room!**

1- NO parties or gatherings of any kind. 2- NO more than 13 guests on the property at any time AND ONLY THE GUESTS APPROVED ON THE RESERVATION CAN BE PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. 3- NO loud music at any time and especially after 10pm. 4- NO smoking or vaping inside the property. 5- NO PETS. 6- Do not park on the grass or in the street. Parking is only allowed on driveway and a maximum of 2 cars. 7- Minimum Age to book: 25 Years Old Disrespect of these rules can result in the loss of your security deposit and/or the cancellation of your reservation. Security deposit will be charged if police is called on premises. Please note : - Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be NO use of fireworks anywhere on the property.

Neighborhood: Sanders Beach is one of the most walkable neighbourhoods in Pensacola. There are multiple restaurants, a brewery, small beach, and boat ramp all within just a few blocks. The famous Joe Patties fish market is about 10 minutes away by foot. Wahoo stadium and Palafox street are just an 20 minute walk away. Most of the homes in Sanders Beach are either newly remodeled or newly constructed. Everyone is friendly and your family will feel safe and comfortable when staying here. Pensacola Beach is 9 miles away. Set at 14 guests with consideration that includes a baby in the Pack & Play available.
