House Rules
1- NO parties or gatherings of any kind. 2- NO more than 10 guests on the property at any time AND ONLY THE GUESTS APPROVED ON THE RESERVATION CAN BE PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. 3- NO loud music at any time and especially after 10pm. 4- NO smoking or vaping inside the property. 5- NO PETS. 6- Do not park on the grass or in the street. Parking is only allowed on driveway and a maximum of 3 cars. 7- Minimum Age to book: 25 Years Old Disrespect of these rules can result in the loss of your security deposit and/or the cancellation of your reservation. Security deposit will be charged if police is called on premises. Please note : - Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be NO use of fireworks anywhere on the property.
