1- NO parties or gatherings of any kind. 2- NO more than 8 guests on the property at any time AND ONLY THE GUESTS APPROVED ON THE RESERVATION CAN BE PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. 3- NO loud music at any time and especially after 10pm. 4- NO smoking or vaping inside the property. 5- NO PETS. 6- Do not park on the grass or in the street. Parking is only allowed on driveway and a maximum of 2 cars. 7- Minimum Age to book: 25 Years Old Disrespect of these rules can result in the loss of your security deposit and/or the cancellation of your reservation. Security deposit will be charged if police is called on premises. Please note : - Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be NO use of fireworks anywhere on the property.

Please note : During cooler months, while using the SPA the POOL will cool down because the heat can only be sent to either the spa or the pool, not both at the same time!
