1- NO parties or gatherings of any kind. 2- NO more than 10 guests on the property at any time AND ONLY THE GUESTS APPROVED ON THE RESERVATION CAN BE PRESENT AT THE HOUSE. 3- NO loud music at any time and especially after 10pm. 4- NO smoking or vaping inside the property. 5- NO PETS. 6- Do not park on the grass or in the street. Parking is only allowed on driveway and a maximum of 3 cars. 7- Minimum Age to book: 25 Years Old Disrespect of these rules can result in the loss of your security deposit and/or the cancellation of your reservation. Security deposit will be charged if police is called on premises. Please note : - Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be NO use of fireworks anywhere on the property. Please note : - We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from using pool or any other features of the property.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was a perfect bonus to relax and unwind. The location was convenient and close to the airport, which made travel easy and stress free. Elle was an excellent host and very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay! We were traveling from the Boston area to escape the cold winter, and this home was perfect for our family trip. The pool was a highlight — the water temperature was perfect, and the sunny backyard made it easy to relax all day. The outdoor tiki bar area was amazing, with plenty of furniture and space to lounge, eat, and grill. We spent a lot of time there together as a family. The house was very clean, exactly as described, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like the high chair for our toddler and the basketball hoop in the pool, which everyone enjoyed. The location was great for day trips — we visited Miami South Beach and also spent time at nearby Dania Beach, which had beautiful clear water, a lovely pier, and was less crowded. Overall, we would highly recommend this home for a family vacation. It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the pool, and spend quality time together.
